When you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, the content of your message and any other personal information you voluntarily include in your message.

We use personal data to handle inquiries, respond to messages and conduct business communication. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to general inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use contact form information to send marketing messages without an appropriate legal basis.

We use the following external service providers to operate our website and contact form:
- Vercel – website hosting.
- Cloudflare Turnstile – protection against automated abuse and spam.
- Resend – technical delivery of contact form messages.
- Proton Mail – receiving and storing email messages.
These providers may also process technical information, including IP addresses, device information and connection data, where necessary to provide their services and maintain security.
The use of certain providers may involve transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers must be subject to appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, where applicable.
5. Data Retention
General inquiries that do not result in a business relationship are normally retained for two years after the last communication.
Business correspondence and related documents are retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses or may use technical and security technologies necessary for its operation and protection of the contact form. Cloudflare Turnstile processes certain technical information when performing security checks.
We currently do not use Google Analytics or Vercel Web Analytics on our website. Before introducing any non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, we will assess the applicable requirements and obtain visitor consent where necessary.

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict its processing, request data portability and object to processing.
